Service Description

Come flow with Sammie, founder of Wild Flo Yoga, at the Mayfair Yoga Summer Series in the beautiful Celebration Hall. Join us every Saturday morning from July through September to experience creative vinyasa classes that blend movement with yoga roots! We kick off with a mindfulness exercise, then flow into a dynamic sequence emphasizing mobility and strength, before cooling down together. All you need is a mat, water, and the openness to invite a little play into your life. Let's get wild!
